Third-Party Factory Inspection

Before you commit to a new supplier, we audit their facility in person — capacity, equipment, working conditions, and certifications — and send you a straight report, not a sales pitch. We can send our own team into the factory, or arrange a fully independent audit — we work closely, on a weekly basis, with Intertek, Eurofins, and SGS.

Product Inspection & Product Testing

Pre-shipment inspection against your spec sheet — quantity, function, packaging, and defect rate — so problems are caught in China, not after they’ve landed in Amazon’s warehouse. For certain categories, such as food and supplements, we can also arrange and coordinate specific third-party product testing.
